Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between StudioMax (the "Provider") and the client (the "Client") when using the website studiomax.site and the digital services provided.

2. Services

StudioMax provides website development, SEO optimization, digital marketing, social media management and related digital services. The specific scope is determined in an individual proposal or contract.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are according to the current pricing plans or individual proposal.
• Payment is made by bank transfer or online.
• For projects lasting more than 1 month, an advance payment of 50% is required.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are determined in the individual proposal. The Provider makes every effort to meet deadlines, but they may be extended if the Client delays in providing materials or feedback.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights to the finished product are transferred to the Client upon full payment. The Provider retains the right to use the project for portfolio purposes, unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

6. Liability

The Provider is not liable for losses arising from: inaccurate information provided by the Client; changes in search engine algorithms; actions of third parties; force majeure events.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client pays for work completed to date.
